What do do if your serial number is locked

If the Native Access application prompts you that your serial number is locked when trying to activate, this means that you have reached the maximum number of activations for your license.


Per our License Terms, you can install and activate Virtual Drumline on a maximum of TWO systems as long as they are solely yours.


To free up activations you will first need to completely uninstall VDL from any machines you will no longer use. Once you have done this, please fill out a support ticket so we may quickly help maintenance your account.
