Im not getting my virtual drumline sounds to work in Sibelius

I have everything I need installed but Sibelius isnt playing the virtual drumline sounds. In my playback configuration, Kontakt comes up as an option but even though I have it selected it still is not playing the sounds. I have a VDL Template in a sounds folder that I created but still no sound. Im getting very frustrated and dont know what to do, any help would be much appreciated.

Months ago, I have the same problem but I saw a video on Youtube that helped me to solve it. I just forgot the link to it.
